Hey, a great local place. It is in a hotel but lots of locals so always a good sign. The waitrrsses were cute and very good. I had a 'weck, a WNY classic. It was very good. The salt on top of the bun was not what I expected but still very good. I would suggest adding a dessert: even just cake. Anyhow a nice little old fashioned watering hole. View all feedback.

I'm visiting Buffalo, NY and decided to try out the landing bar and grill. BAD IDEA! I was planning on getting some food and an order of jalapeno poppers because they were half off for happy hour. I was told by this lady working there that I couldn't get the discounted price if I ordered the jalapeno poppers to go. I can understand this policy BUT... I then asked her if I ate there, if I could have a box if I didn't finish my meal and she said no. She then told me not to argue with her. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After that she wouldn't even wait on us to take our order. I waited probably 5 minutes before walking out. I'm the type of person where if I order food but don't finish it, I will take it home instead of wasting it. What a joke! I will just go to Tim Horton's instead. They have more variety anyway. Plus friendly staff members that are by far more helpful than this lady was.
Good pittsburgh sandwich at a reasonable price. A bit of a wait, but only because of a big party going on. Nice place!
The American Burger was amazing! Dana was an amazing waitress and had great recommendations. She made sure my elderly parents were taken care of and they enjoyed their chili so much mom ordered another. I ordered the American Burger, but it was so good and the bun was so fresh that my wife took my burger and gave me her Jack Daniel BBQ wings. The wings were great too!
Used to come more frequently when I lived in the area, but even the last time I went, the food and service is consistent as can be. They used to have a great lunch special with a slice and 5 wings which unfortunately is not available anymore, because the wings are probably 3rd best in Buffalo and the pizza is actually decent for a place that has good wings. Just be warned that if you get pizza, make sure it's medium or larger, because the personal size one is a different recipe and not very good. Service is generally solid, usually just a bartender or bartender and waitress for a small, in-hotel restaurant. It's not a craving everytime I go to the airport, but definitely a top option in this small area near the airport.
