Domino's Pizza - Cheektowaga

The pizza was decent especially with all the promotions they offer so it's a good value but the time to actually make the pizza (over an hour not including delivery time), was excruciatingly slow, especially for a company that supposedly prides themselves on speed. Because of that I probably won't order again unless I'm not in a hurry and have a lot of time to burn.

Gave me the wrong order. Tasted like cardboard. Was NOT worth $60. The pizzas say large, but they are more like a medium. I'll stick with the family owned pizza places.

Horrible. would NOT recommend. terrible customer service. terrible efficiency. do not order anything from here. do not waste your money here

Ordered through the app for delivery, waited 2 hours and had to drive to store because they answered and put you right back to hold and never came back on phone for 20 minutes and I hung up. Once I got to the store I was ignored for about 7 minutes and then he told me the driver has a flat tire and couldn't leave the store he was to busy, my pizza was old and looked old, they charged me full price, and took off the delivery charge, I paid $45 for my 2 pizzas and breadsticks, to get home and food was old looking, I've tried calling and no one answers, I was also charged for 3 sauces and got 0. I really hope they read this and make this right.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious as well. I tried the spinach and feta pizza—definitely worth a try; you might enjoy it!
