Fantastic fast food chain! They offer drive-thru and takeout service only, with no indoor seating, though there's some outdoor seating available. The food is consistently tasty and there's a good selection of items to choose from. The service is always fast and friendly.

I was denied service at the walk-up window without any clear explanation. The restaurant appeared to be adequately staffed for 2023, but the person who identified himself as the manager was extremely aggressive when refusing service. I would rate this experience zero stars for zero service. This does not reflect well on your city, especially for out-of-town visitors who were unaware that trying to order food at Checkers could be a bad idea.

Awesome food. Very greasy typical fast food style burgers. I absolutely love it here. It’s open very late so the wait in the drive though can get a little long but it’s just because it’s 1am and they only have 1 or 2 people working. Wish these were everywhere.

Place was nice. Old school architecture. I go here for the waffle fries. Which was okay, but this time, they were lacking on the powdered sugar. Still good nonetheless. Good chicken and BBQ sauce!

I live in Tonawanda and decided to stop at the Checkers on Union Road to grab some food on my way home. In the past, the service and everything has been wonderful, but this time was very disappointing. My wife is highly allergic to mayonnaise, and I specifically told the girl taking my order no mayonnaise seven times. When I got home, I discovered that everything was covered in mayonnaise. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but they just send all calls to voicemail. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place after 3:00 p.m. because the night crew seems indifferent, rude, and unhelpful.
