A cheap pretentious place asking for expensive prices with a below average service. Food was nothing special. Almost everything is charged separately , e.g., you order a main dish and you are overcharged with rice, chips, or whatever you want as a side dish. An exception to this is a meager steak which was tasteless, dry, and salty. House red wine was acceptable but too expensive for its real value. The atmosphere is not very pleasant either, and location is horrible for car parking. Overall, it’s not an experience to repeat, unless you want to regret your spending.

Of course this is a restaurant catering for mostly visitors, but the historic setting (wine warehouse) the fun and slightly eccentric service makes it a good restaurant to go and eat. The food ain't bad either, in fact, it is very good. On top of that, we chose a bottle of wine that was yummy and not expensive (as in most Portuguese eateries by the way). On our way out, we were shown the old office and various photographs of when the place was run as a wine storage place really cool.

Apesar do tempo de espera, foi dos melhores jantares que comi: sopa de espinafres incrível, moelas super tenras, pão maravilhoso, e aletria de comer e chorar por mais. Até o presunto era bom, e eu nem gosto d presunto! Aconselho muito.
