The menus are always very well balanced and varied, with always vegetables and 1 starch. Salads, vegetables and fruits come from their garden. The desserts are always homemade and well presented with homemade bread. Mignardises always accompany the dessert or coffee as well as the aperitif cookies served as soon as you arrive.
