What User doesn't like about Heirloom At The Athenaeum:
Sunday evening buffet dinner of poor quality. Reservation at 7 PM. Trays containing entrees were literally all empty. We served ourselves salad and returned to find the offerings replenished. Eggplant parm with dairy free cheese! Pollock filets with a dairy free cream sauce. We felt like we were on a hospital or nursing home diet. Sausage and peppers and beef chunks in a gravy not bad. The atmosphere is very relaxing and their is variety of food to choose from at the buffet area. I would have liked to see a beverage section so we didn't have to keep looking for our busy waitress but overall it was a great venue View all feedback.

read moreThe Atheneum Restaurant offered a buffet dinner that left many customers disappointed. Issues included food shortages, mediocre quality, poor service, and COVID-related seating concerns. However, some diners did enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, variety of food options, and excellent service from staff members like Carla. Those who dined on the lakeside veranda had a particularly special experience. Despite mixed reviews on the buffet, the coconut cream pie was a standout dessert recommendation. Overall, the Atheneum Restaurant seems to have potential, especially for those seeking a beautiful view and top-notch service.
