I recently placed an online order for several items, and I was impressed by the quick processing and speedy delivery to both locations. Greg provided outstanding customer service when the Teekanne I ordered became unavailable. He promptly emailed me to inform me and suggested a great alternative at a discounted price, which I received today—and I absolutely love it! The tea is excellent as well. If you're in the area, the store itself is definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely brilliant! I was invited to explore an incredible selection of teas, and I ended up falling in love with the teapots, cups, and accessories. I ended up staying for an hour! Mary is wonderful and very knowledgeable; I really enjoyed our conversation, as well as my tea!

This amazing little gem, with its fantastic selection of tea and tea-related items, is a must-visit when in Echuca. I've tried several of their loose-leaf teas, and they are excellent (you must try the chocolate mint one; it's incredibly delicious). The staff is genuinely passionate about their products, which translates into great service. I also highly recommend their online ordering system. It was very straightforward, and my order arrived quickly, beautifully packed.

Amazing small tea shop here. very kreatiw. the guy who works there is quite good and ingenious to talk about his series of tee. it's a load where you want to go and find yourself that you want to buy a few things. good place for a gift for someone who drinks tee.
