The person on the microphone was incredibly friendly, patient, and truly helpful throughout the entire ordering process. It makes all the difference—a very positive attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you so much for making our visit so pleasant!

The table was dirty; I asked the waiter if he had anything to clean it with, and he came back with a cloth but only removed the stain instead of cleaning the entire table. Oh well, but at least he came back

I ate well; it was appetizing and tasty, and I didn't find a single cockroach in my meal.
