I ordered the sweet and salty burger, which the menu describes as a burger served between two Belgian waffles. What I received, however, was an unseasoned patty sandwiched between two Eggo waffles. I was truly shocked. I didn’t want to bring it up because our server was carrying a baby on her back, but it was completely unacceptable. The experience was as disappointing as the burger itself. I wanted to share a photo of it, but I can’t figure out how to attach it to this review.
My husband and I ordered the daily special, which was meatloaf, along with sides of mashed potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw, and cornbread. The meatloaf came with a BBQ sauce on the side. Our daughter chose the cheeseburger with fries. The staff were very friendly, and we had plenty to drink. We're really glad we decided to stop by. The decor features some 45 and 33 1/3 records, which is a nice touch.
