My group seemed to arrive at a perfect time, as we were between two meal rushes. The service was what you would expect from this type of restaurant—friendly and attentive. However, the real highlight was the food. I'm not sure what Champy's does with their breading, but it consistently ranks among the best boneless fried chicken I've ever had. One member of our party noted that the salad they ordered didn't have particularly high-quality greens, but they loved the buffalo chicken on top. When you add in some fried pickles, fries, and Champy's sauce, you've got a winning combination. Thank you, Champy's!

Lastly, the chicken was incredible—the skin had the perfect crunch and was well-seasoned.
