Papa Johns Pizza - Chatsworth

I always have a great experience when ordering takeout from this restaurant. The thin crust pizzas are always delicious and cooked perfectly. The cheese is flavorful, and I love adding mushrooms and jalapeños for a Californian twist. The prices are also very reasonable.

The restaurant is reliable. They must really prioritize your experience since they won't take orders past 30 minutes before closing. I was turned down twice when trying to order pizza at 8:30 pm.

The delivery driver from Papa John's in the blue pickup truck on Saturday, April 30th at 10:30pm was driving recklessly in our neighborhood. They were speeding dangerously around children and pets, revving their engine. It was disappointing to see such irresponsible behavior from Papa John's employees. In contrast, Uncle Ernie's Pizza delivery drivers always drive safely and we've never had any issues with them.

The restaurant advertises a buy one get one free deal, but instead of speaking to someone in the store, I was directed to a call center in India. They refused to process my order without first obtaining all of my personal information and then informed me that the deal was actually buy one get one for less. It was a frustrating and time-consuming process. I decided to take my business elsewhere to avoid the hassle.
