Fina Estampa - Chatsworth

My wife and I had the worst seafood experience ever at this restaurant. We ordered a fried seafood dish for dinner, but the seafood was dry and tasted like it had been stored for days and microwaved. When we complained to the waitress, the owner insisted that's how seafood is supposed to be and warned us not to order it again if we didn't know any better. The waitress even threatened to charge us for the barely touched plate. Feeling sick to our stomachs, we decided to leave. I suggest avoiding FINA ESTAMPA, as the seafood is not fine at all and the female owner is rude and indifferent to customer satisfaction.
