Fina Estampa - Feedback

What burgeprvn doesn't like about Fina Estampa:
My wife and I had the worst seafood experience ever at this restaurant. We ordered a fried seafood dish for dinner, but the seafood was dry and tasted like it had been stored for days and microwaved. When we complained to the waitress, the owner insisted that's how seafood is supposed to be and warned us not to order it again if we didn't know any better.
