Many of their dishes tread the middle ground with a slight tendency towards hong-kong style. Always consistent, we know what to expect from them at all times. Btw, we mostly order from the kitchen and rarely get anything from the bain marie.

This food outlet have been here for years, it survived rounds of renos changes around them. with so many Chinese options to choose in chatswood, is really not the preferred choice. but it is very convenient if they are already in the shopping center, do not want to go far or wait too long. my roasted duck soup was ok. Originally looked generous with the amount of the duck, but they were mostly bones. next time, I will probably make more of an effort to go to one of the Chinese bbq restaurant.

While I understand that it is an animated scene during the lunchtime on the foodcourt, I have specifically asked for flat, thick reisnudels (ho fun) with my order (to feed my small child), but was served vermicelli. vermicelli is in no way flat or thick. when I went back to her advice, she had made my order wrong, she insisted that vermicelli was thick and went to ignore me. dreadful service, not even an apology, bad maniacs.
