We used to frequent DTF Chatswood many times until 2020 for my husband's birthday, and it was always a delightful experience. We decided to revisit the restaurant tonight, but were disappointed. Although the kids and I were initially intrigued by the robots serving, the novelty quickly wore off as we realized the food quality had declined significantly. Always good food, easy ordering, fast n professional service. Every table complete with amenities n clean. Great for family. Highly recommended.
Excellent food good value for money. Pretty quick delivery of food to table. Robot wait staff were interesting, so there was really no “service” by humans! As I hasn’t dined here before it would have been nice to have someone explain how to order using the iPad and how everything works.. but we got there and will definitely be back!

Eating is delicious, never disappointed by din tai fung. the best part is the server robot. my son was entertaining all the time and could not get enough of them! will definitely be back soon.
