The introduction of pricey new items may deter some customers looking for better value for money, especially with an increase in the overall cost of a meal. However, for a quick lunch or a convenient drive-thru option with senior perks like free drinks, Wendy's remains a local favorite. Despite occasional order mistakes, the food quality and variety make it a go-to spot for a fast meal.
I went there for lunch. It wasn't too busy. the value menu is great for cheap prices. The buns could be warmed up that would enhance the taste. The lettuce and tomatoes are cold so it makes the sandwich cold.
They have several great items on their menu that my husband and I enjoy. The salads are fresh and tasty.
We go here occasionally. They have a good variety on their menu. They usually have different kinds of salads- lunch size or dinner. Thy also have the usual the usual combos--burgers, chicken etc. The staff is friendly.
The poutine is a disgrace to our nation, gross gravy, tiny curds, stringy little fries. The burgers are okay but the beef is barely seasoned, barely any flavour at all compared to a place like mcdonalds. The only time I eat here is when friends drag me here and give me no choice. The nacho's are also soggy and disgusting.
We were pleasantly surprised that there was free coffee for seniors but it didn't make up for the chicken sandwich we had. We tried their new Chicken/Bacon sandwich (can't remember the real name of it) and although average or below, the price for it was ridiculous. We'll stick to their salads next tiem we go there.
