What User doesn't like about Tokyo Sushi:
We were in Chatham and looking for a bite. We stumbled upon this joint and, even prior to going in, did not have a good feeling about it. Went inside and the waitress who attempted to seat us did not speak English. She went to grab another waitress and that was when we noticed the sushi chef squatting behind the sushi bar with his phone in one hand and picking his nose with the other. Great place to take your time to enjoy your food and conversation. They never rush you. Has gotten expensive $40 each.
The best sushi!!! And so cheap!! I go here often it's awesome! And you can order onlineDietary restrictions: I have gluten sensitivity so I ask them to substitute the crab for salmon
Overall, great place to eat, food was very flavorful. Was a bit busy, but staff kept up quite well... missed a couple of items we ordered, but they were very busy so kinda understandable. Will go back for sure, and do recommend ? ? ?
People were friendly here and the food was good for the most part. I did not like the dessert selection and the menu was quite simple compared to other sushi places we have been. The place was quite busy so the service was not the best. To be fair, I think they were understaffed. We paid about $95 including the tip. It was ok but not the best date-night dinner we've had. I might do takeout if I come back.
Absolutely fantastic sushi!!One of the best in Ontario. Everything we had was Great!!
