I have not even tried to eat this quite, but I ordered the root beer float; it tastes like just cinnamon. this is totally unacceptable and I will never ask for this drink again. please consider finding another company to order rootbeers from? (which actually offers correct/normal root beer) should put a consultancy on the menu that explains that the root beer is actually exaggerated with zimt. I pray this for this te... View all feedback.
We have visited Kelsey's three times in the past two months, with the first two visits being really enjoyable. The food and service were great. However, our most recent visit on a Sunday was disappointing. We had to wait over an hour for our food with no prior warning, as it turned out they were short-staffed. There was no communication or apology from the staff. Eventually, they did give us a discount, but the service was slow and it took us 20 minutes to receive our bill. We were not impressed by the lack of communication and the slow service from the waitress. It seemed like she forgot about us at times.
The service and food at this restaurant are fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend trying the four cheese spinach dip while you wait for your other delicious meal to arrive.
We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. Our waitress Paige provided excellent service. The spinach dip we ordered was delicious.
