Our Daily Bread Cafe - Chatham

I came here while playing with my band through Chatham and was not dissatisfied with any means. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel and practically only random ingredients and it was still fantastic. The food was quite expensive for the very large amount you get. Next time I am near Chatham!

Cozy bakery smells great of fresh bread. Plenty of gluten free food, cheeses, and tea. Handcrafted menu was neat. Good spot for duos and parties around 4 people.

I had high hopes for the vegan options based on the reviews, but was disappointed to find that the menu was overwhelmingly non-vegan. There were only three options available: a soup, a salad, and falafel. When we inquired about their popular vegan dishes, we were simply told, “Yes, there are only three, and they are good.” We decided to spend our money there and then moved on.

Fully vegan menu! The owner has recently switched to an entirely vegan offering. Their breakfast burritos and tofu eggs are fantastic! Plus, all the pastries were incredible too!

We only sampled the Samoa macarons, so I can't comment on the rest of the menu. I gave it 4 stars because, despite the wide variety of baked goods available, I was surprised by the limited selection of vegan options. We're looking forward to visiting again in the summer to enjoy the outdoor seating!
