While our party of 7 were seated promptly on a not too busy night only 6 of our main entrees came from the kitchen, which apparently forgot the fish entree. On complaining for the non receipt of the entree the kitchen apparently had to use a frozen piece of fish over cooked by burning it and delivered 10-15 minutes after everyone just waited for the final entree. The owner/ manager did not so much offer coffee or deserts for their error. We will never return after such poor service with no real apologies. My guest ate her fish inspite of its deplorable condition so as not to embarrass the host. With both of us being in the restaurant business for 30 plus years the owner failed miserably from their error to satisfy a customer. Nick from Philadelphia
