We placed an order at 5.15 and were informed that it would arrive within 45 minutes. However, after waiting for almost an hour, I called to inquire about the status and was told that it was out for delivery but never arrived. I called again and was promised a call back, which never happened. After waiting for almost 1.5 hours, I called once more and was met with dismissiveness from the woman I spoke to. She claimed that the food was out for delivery and that it was no longer their responsibility. Despite the fact that we had paid for delivery and the drivers were from the restaurant, she showed no concern that we were left without our food. Eventually, the food did arrive and it was tasty, but the service we received was incredibly poor.

I was impressed by the excellent service and delicious food. The prices were reasonable, typically costing around £10-20 per person for dinner. I would rate the food and service a 5 out of 5, but the atmosphere was only average at a 3. I highly recommend trying the Sharing Meze Starter and the Mixed Grill Platter.
