I went for a drink with some friends on a Sunday afternoon. The was good live music and the pub had a friendly working class atmophere. The beer was very reasonably priced. View all feedback.
Great evening! The portions were good, and the karaoke was a lot of fun. I'd definitely go back!
Every time I visited, I felt so welcomed, whether there were children with me or not!

First night in, thought it was closing time, second night in was better, although this is NOT a bar for entertainment! This is the sort of place you go to if you just want to sit, chat and have a good drink. Barmaid was really friendly, even going out of her way for the awkward customer (me) to make a drink she'd never even heard of. Had a bit of banter with the staff and a couple of the regulars, so yes, a good little pub to start your evening off or an ideal little place to sit and drown your sorrows.
