Friendly and quick service, great simple breakfast food, fun casual atmosphere you know what maybe just to sum it up I 'll go ahead and say JW 'shas the whole package . I had a breakfast plate and it was delicious. The coffee was hot and so was the food. I 'll be back whenI 'm in the area.

I got the Wooner with a side o... read more Came here with a friend on our way back up to the Twin Cities and we were able to catch breakfast before they closed for the day. I got the Wooner with a side of a pancake and I thought I might've ordered too much once I saw how big the pancake was. I was able to finish it all and it was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. My friend got the Dave and he remarked on how great the sausage links were. Top all of that off with the tremendous service we received and we were more than fortunate to grab a bite here. Easy 5 stars from me!

This is very belated recognition, but they have always been amazing at taking care of their customers. Their food is so good, and I personally love their pizzas! My mom used to eat there, almost weekly, for breakfasts with her friends, and the JW's family. She so looked forward to visiting with them and it was a treat for her to have someone else cook. Thanks, John! She always commented on how hard it was to cook for one and she disliked eating alone. They were like another family to her and are a gift to all who walk in their doors. During Covid, they still made their home-cooked meals and would deliver to those who were not able to come to the restaurant. That was something she so appreciated. When my mom became ill, they sent her flowers and get well wishes. They were there for her visitation/funeral. They were her family. From our family to yours, John, Kim, and Melissa, thank you!! If you are ever in Chatfield, go see them and have some tasty food and genuinely caring company.
