Super cozy and warm bistro that works a beautiful small card of fresh products. Good products for beautiful flavors. Nice and dynamic team. I recommend the eyes closed! Grinchy to abstain!
A crazy atmosphere, a very good cuisine Quentin the barbu that is very funny and very professional.
An incoming foie gras with a glass of white wine... a slaughter! Everything else was great too
Beautiful! Great! We recommend the specialities Truffade and especially the least known but delicious Guyonnade! And what about half-cuit foie gras in the inlet, a delight! In addition, the service is the most sympathetic, what else do you ask? Can be a delicious white wine with foie gras? Don't miss it. Totally recommended!

We stopped in this restaurant by visiting the neighborhood, we ate very well! Local products and well cooked, well copied, we enjoyed! The server is also very friendly. We will not hesitate to return to this restaurant! Service: Dine in Type of meal: Dinner
Disappointed because expensive and not top. Attent and glass of wine surfactured during the addition. Too bad because I was attached to this emblematic place.
Grand Bistrot! Good service and we really eat very well and great Lamb is a massacre!
Time too long for installation and aperitif. Bad knowledge of the waiter of their wine card. For the meal we took the suggestion (saint nectaire melted much too cooked it was not melting but rather crunchy really damage. Too much that wasn’t going to make a full meal (entrance, dish, dessert and coffee)

Amazing local simple but somehow sofisticated food. The service is very professional and friendly. Really recommend.
The food is typical of the specialties you find in Auvergne..good to go on a cold night as it offers dishes with a wintery touch: cheese and potatoes (truffade),etc.. charcuterie..the desserts are well done..
Unscheduled trip to Chantel-Guyon led to best meal of the holiday. Like everything about this restaurant the decor, the mood, the service and the food. Smallish menu mainly local Auvergne fare and locally sourced. Food was excellent steak was perfect and the Tuffade was very good (cheese and parsley and potatoes) and great accompaniment to the local ham. Book to avoid disappointment in Summer as we were lucky to get a table.
