We were a family with great parents and took a family suite and a double room. The wet area (piscine/jacuzzi/sauna is very well (although only hooks to hang towels and bathrobes). The location is very nice, quiet but close to the different points of interest (Clermont-Ferrand, Vulcania, St Nectaire... . The village of Châtel Guyon is charming. We ate at the restaurant 3 nights, everything was delicious and the suggestions of the day in addition to the map offered a good variety. The reception and attention are perfect, the hoteliers are perfect ambassadors of the Auvergne: we want to go back!

We had a suite with large terrace for two very clean and functional. Small very pleasant shower products, welcome with a small candy on the bedding; and made available with kettle, tea bags etc! Everything is very pleasant. The atmosphere is warm and thanks to the managers who are very smiling, accessible, to the small cares for their customers we feel cocooned. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna is perfect: everything is pleasant, not too hot, nor too cold! Nothing to say again! After our visits to the surroundings we returned to the hotel with desire to enjoy all this well being! Don't make a mistake! We also took our breakfast and a meal in the evening and in the same way everything was perfect! Thank you for the crêpes and eggs of the morning, for the excellent nectairade! Taste on plates, portions or too small or too large, homemade dishes: Don't change anything! We will return for sure with our children because they are clearly welcome! See you soon.

Very nice sm... read more Stay in the weekend of 02 and 03 September 2023. Very good hotel. The rooms are nickel clean nothing to say. Very well received by the hotel owner. Very nice smiling. The hotel's restaurant meals are very good and hearty. Breakfast is sufficient with enough choice. With possibilities of hot egg dish, pancakes etc.. The hotel is also equipped with a covered swimming pool and jacuzzi and sauna. Treatment and massage opportunities to be booked in advance.

We ate at the restaurant in the evening, the menu of the day is very affordable. The dishes are rather simple, well presented and good. Nice surprise when you arrive to have the family suite.
