You can get there on foot (snowshoes) or skis from the Barbossine pi... read more We had spotted that the Alpage de Mouet was open this winter and decided to pay it a visit. You can get there on foot (snowshoes) or skis from the Barbossine piste (off piste with a bit of walking up hill). We were given...a warm welcome and were well looked after. We ordered soup and omelettes and they were delivered quickly, hot and tasty. As we left we were offered a shot of the local digestif which was a nice touch and went down very well. Great position with beautiful views.

Nous sommes arrivés parmi les premiers clients à 11h45 après une belle balade agréable. L'endroit est vraiment très beau. La terrasse a une magnifique vue et le... read more Nous sommes arrivés parmi les premiers clients à 11h45 après une belle balade agréable. L'endroit est vraiment très beau. La terrasse a une magnifique vue et le chalet et joliment décoré. Nous avons commandé deux salades savoyardes et (comme nos voisins de la table à coté) nous avons attendu une heure et 15 minutes pour nous faire servir! Il semble que la cuisine et le service a perdu le contrôle de la situation étant donné que plusieurs clients arrivés après nous ont été servis entretemps. Pour la propriétaire la situation n'avait pas l'air de la déranger.....Ni nos voisins ni nous avons reçu des excuses. Dommage! Nous ne reviendrons plus.......

You can walk there (snow) or ski from the Barbossine pistes (off pistes with a bit on foot on the hill.) We got a warm welcome and were looking for good. We ordered soup and omelets and they were delivered fast, hot and tasty. When we left, we were offered a shot of the local digestive apparatus that was a nice touch and went very well. Great location with beautiful views.
