The food took nearly an... read more The restaurant wasn't particularly busy today, and we've been there often over recent years, so we were amazed at the terrible service. The food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive, other tables who had arrived much later than us were served first. We had two toddlers with us and they couldn't even bring their chicken nuggets and chips without waiting over an hour....and they brought the wrong drinks when they eventually showed up. The waitresses seemed unfriendly too, I don't understand what's gone wrong there. Anyway, the good news is that Chatel has a lot of good restaurants to choose from, we'll just skip this one for a year of two until we get some reliably good reviews.
