This little restaurant is a gem. It is run only by Sebastien and his wife Beatrice - and little Louis! Beatrice is the chef and Sebastien sees to all of the waiting, bar and payment duties by himself. It is a very small and cosy restaurant so him covering all of it isn't as mad as it sounds; but it still seems a big task and Sebastien seems to manage it easily without forgetting anyone and being super attentive. The size and wooden interior is in the style of a traditional small French mountain restaurant and provides the warm and cosy atmosphere that I love whilst in the Alps. As for Beatrice, she is brilliant in the kitchen. Most of the dishes are traditional Alpine/French. Again, she does everything; that's not as mental as it sounds since a lot of dishes such as a Raclette is just preparation. But don't take anything away from her; the food is excellent. Overall, it's is a brilliant little restaurant with some of the friendliest levels of service I have ever received. Sebastien, if you're reading this you will remember me as son of Julian! My dad and I were on a long boys weekend. After our meal the night before, conditions were terrible the following day and my knee was dodgy thanks to an inconsiderate skier mowing me down. Whilst dad tried the slopes, I returned to La Table Savoyarde for a lovely Abondance salad. What delighted me was how genuinely thankful Sebastien seemed to be for me returning. He had such a genuine smile and shook my hand and said L'année Prochaine (next year). I'd thoroughly recommend the restaurant. Merci Sebastien et Beatrice!

If you want authentic Savoyarde food, this is really the place to be. The smell of cheese is quite present, but that's not surprising considering the dishes served. Try the raclette accompanied by a plate of charcuterie, you won't be disappointed.
