A great experience in the igloo we will keep a good memory despite a rain that stopped and thus made condensation. The meal was perfect! Great kicks for dessert at the genepi!! The service made by Margaux was impeccable!! She was in small care and always with a smile despite timeless weather conditions. Thanks again.
A very nice address to spend a night there. With my spouse we spent a night in the deluxe room (recently remade, very clean, with hair dryer and toilet business. Bathrobes and slippers to access the spa and pool area are very appreciated. The pool is a bit vet but the warmth of the pleasant water, the jacuzzi also nice. Breakfast at the top, very well garnished, lots of fresh and homemade products. As for the restaurant, prices are a little high for both dishes and drinks. We, we sighed the raclette, copied to the opposite of the charcuterie plate where I believed in a joke so minimalist it was like the kir of the rest! The staff is helpful and very kind. The surroundings a little bit tristounet because many things are currently closed (the end of the season but with this beautiful weather we were able to walk around and it was nice. I recommend this very friendly hotel restaurant!

A warm welcome, bcp of cachet, a large room with neat and refined décor, impeccable cleanliness, excellent bedding. Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam of quality and always perfectly clean. A continental breakfast with excellent quality products, both for breads and pastries as well as for charcuterie and salmon, the plus a centrifuge with ginger beet carrots etc. is available All this in a family atmosphere or the word service means qqle thing, the staff including Annick very available and smiling and proactive, just like the executive team. In short, go there with my eyes closed, I now know my point of refreshment when I come to Châtel. Bravo to the whole team
