The restaurant is consistently short-staffed. I am familiar with a few employees who work there and they are not even paid minimum wage. I took my son to the restaurant to cheer him up with a donut and some hot cocoa, but they were not serving hot chocolate. However, we tried the hot white cocoa and now we prefer it. It was delicious. I was disappointed that they didn't have cream cheese for the bagels and only provided rolls of brown paper towel instead of napkins. The personal is tired, but still freendly. I think everyone is overworked who can work today.
