Poor customer service at this restaurant. They got my first order wrong over the phone, and when I tried to explain the mistake, the person on the other end was unhelpful and refused to replace our meal. They instead insisted on charging us for an additional meal. The employee was rude and aggressive throughout the call, and even called back while the issue was still unresolved.
