We had a great time (fish parillade grill menu, lemon trompe l'oeil dessert and scoops of vanilla ice cream with mango and mango coulis). A very welcoming team! Sunday nothing was open in Gimont, so I came back to the Farmer's Bistrot and surprise, kitchen quality, ingredients clearly improved. So I cancel the justified negative review that I left. Notice March 2023... No no and no it has become rubbish the monkfish tails have been reduced to pieces that even the fishmongers do not sell, plus there is a reduction in the quantities served. The so called rosé duck breast is burnt, black, floury, incredible in the Gers region. Supplies must be made at the time of promotions at the nearby supermarket. Only vegetables and desserts remain of good quality. Flee this establishment future customers. It smells like bankruptcy is just around the corner.
