Many people believe that having a Gastronomic business... gives you a level or status... having a restaurant is not enough to recognize you as a chef or cook.. it is also very necessary to always stay at the highest level, creating, innovating, experienced and developing new cutting edge dishes.. That is to be a professional chef..!!! So a professional chef makes to contest and get the best score (1- Bocuse d'Or) is like the Nobel Prize for Gastronomy.!!! as well as recognized in medicine, in Literature, in Science, etc. etc. Everyone should know that ...Being a Bocuse d'Or and win the first place, is not making a TV show and that it is paid to participate as the Master Chef or Iron Chef programs that participate in Rating TV... so it is very clear that the Bocuse d'Or should be at a level of Nobel because the Professional Chefs who win the gold, are marked in the History of Gastronomy.!!! And it's like science, literature or medicine. .!!!
