I was prepared to be disappointed - but my apprehension was unfounded. I had Miso soup, Unagi Donburi, and we shared some rolls and sashimi - fantastic. The sauces were amazing! Everything was fresh tasting and the restaurant was immaculate. Not what I expected in a small town in the interior - well done; my compliments.
Fresh food with lots of taste, service was very good with little wait and nice polite servers , restaurant was very clean not hard to find
I have eaten at U-Thi Sushi many times, the food is always good as is the service. They have an extensive menu with many creative sushi dishes. We are so lucky to have a restaurant like this in Chase, BC. I highly recommend it.
Really Good sushi, plain and simple! will be moving to main street beginning of July 2017. Hope the town and visitors support this little gem.
