LIFE. The customer service here was truly exceptional. The staff member I interacted with went above and beyond – when I mentioned that Subway's mozzarella is my favorite, he generously gave me extra to brighten my day! The toppings had the perfect balance and portions. It was an incredible sandwich experience. I will definitely return to this Subway. Subway is simply the best. I absolutely love it! I'll always remember this outstanding customer service. Love it! #CHASE

The restaurant... read more The staff at this particular Subway location are incredibly friendly, always greeting customers with smiles and putting forth their best effort. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the bathroom has been spotless every time I've used it. The only downside I've noticed is that the vegetables could be fresher. I've started to avoid the lettuce since it tends to be a bit brown, and the tomatoes have looked green and white recently. I hesitate to say anything negative about the Chase BC Subway because I genuinely appreciate the wonderful staff there; they truly are lovely people. Overall, the positive aspects of this place far outweigh the negatives, but I really hope they can improve the freshness of their veggies, as that's a key part of what Subway represents.

I tried the steak and avocado rice bowl, which was perfectly assembled and tasted delicious! We'll definitely be returning!
