After an order on Deliveroo 4 products ordered) only 2 received... after a request from the platform, I always called the restaurant to know if it was possible to deliver the missing products without the order because we pay the service fees we already paid. I literally missed respect by saying that it wasn't their fault and at the end, it's the same way to answer a client is unacceptable. I recommend more than ever that we have already received products from them whose freshness was doubtful to flee!!!
