We held Stacey's 40th birthday party at this restaurant on Friday, June 15th, and I cannot praise it highly enough. The atmosphere was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a perfect night for us. The way the staff interacted with us, making us want to dance, laugh, and enjoy ourselves, was truly memorable. This is definitely a place where we will host future parties. We were very disappointed with our experience at the restaurant. We went for the bank holiday event after the Coronation. The venue was empty, but Embers Due still held the event. Although the event advertised food, it turned out to be a limited bbq menu. We both ordered the flame grilled burger and chips for £8. I finally have to eat here, because I usually work on a Sunday, wow! that was amazing. many choices of veg and the meat were cooked to perfection (I tried them all: it is worth a try. please add to tripadvisor so that the word can be spread. eating, the selection of gins (100 of them and the whole ambiente is great. x
An amazing place for a wedding. Liz worked hard to ensure the Bride, Groom and guests all had the best experience possible. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious. Everyone was able to enjoy the outside space, bar and party. Fantastic. Thank you Liz.
An excellent venue with very friendly staff. The surroundings are fantastic with an excellent outside area if the weather is fine. The decor inside suits the history of the building. I would highly recommend.
Beautifully and lovingly restored, tranquil and to top it off amazing Gin's! Highly recommend a visit after a lovely walk around Bradgate Park.
Liz, sarah and all the staff at the pumping station have been amazing in the past 12 months. Liz and Sarah have patiently answered all our questions and held our hand through the planning process. We were given free rein to make the day ours and let our creativity run wild. We will be back for all the yummy food from Michael and for a nice big glass of gin.
