What Lynne K doesn't like about Quorn Country Afternoon Tea:
We waited 15 minutes at the entrance before anyone greeted us. After being taken to the bar, we waited again for someone to assist us with Afternoon Teas. Just as we were considering leaving, a staff member finally arrived and escorted us to the tea room. The food was well presented and fresh, but the service was lacking. read moreGuests have shared a range of experiences at this local restaurant, particularly around its afternoon tea offerings. While some have praised the well-presented, fresh food and delightful scones, others reported frustratingly slow service and poor management communication. Decor and ambiance received mixed reactions, with some mentioning a drab environment with lackluster table settings. However, many patrons enjoyed the attentive service and accommodating staff, especially during group celebrations. Overall, the experience seems heavily dependent on individual circumstances, leaving some eager to return and others less inclined. Clearly, while the food can impress, the service warrants improvement.
