Eating here is boiled st a very high standard right in front of them, the kebab meat tablet is great worth for money

I ordered a mixed kebab and before I ordered, I checked twice that it grilled paprika and swirl with him as they usually have, but the last few times I was missing. I was sure it would be like that and I ordered! I complained and I put the phone on me. Finally they have reimbursed my money and collected the kebab! it seems that the administration have a habit to put the phone on customers who are not happy! they will not use again, shock service and rude staff. absolutely terrible.

For eating was ordered and after it wasn't here. I called twice more and asked her to quit eating. shocking service and will never use again.

If they don't want to waste their money, don't order here! if I could give zero stars, I would! we have ordered from this restaurant for some time. the first few times we ordered, it was very good and there was not... to complain. but the last commands were an nightmare and today it really lifted up for us and we will never use this place again! So I ordered chicken wings and came first. there were no sauces with the kebabs. the food came very cold and oh my gott it was only full of fat.. I called the restaurant to tell them about the missing items, and the fact that eating was cold and to my frightening, the man put the phone on me twice! I could understand that if I was rude, screaming and/or swearing on him, but I wasn't. he even admitted that they are extremely busy tonight and they had problems with many things. obviously they had no solution to offer and felt it appropriate to just put the phone! this is not the first time that food has arrived cold or missing items, but I let it go. because this was the order about the throttle that something was missing, I decided not to let it go this time. Why should we continue to pay for what we don't get? the fact that they think it is ok and acceptable to put the phone on customers speaks loudly about the kind of people they have to do with here!

Used to use this place on an off. Food is your typical fast food burger shop stuff. I used the delivery service last night. Won't buy from there ever again now. Order should have taken minutes. After an hour I phone to find out...the food is on its way and to wait another minutes. minutes later the delivery driver calls saying he is at the wrong address miles away and that he will be minutes before delivery. I call pizza inn to ask for freshly cooked food as mine I guess will be cold by the time it arrives. The manager asks for me to at least see if the food is acceptable when it arrives or else he will replace the lot.... It turns up cold so is sent back. Warmed up food is back at the door minutes later. Family is hungry so as its late we take the order. Food is nothing special. Kebab meat dehydrated and pizza.... Not much to shout about... although this is warmed up food in the review and not fresh hot. In hindsight and if earlier in the evening I'd of had a refund. If your thinking of ordering a delivery from here.. Good luck
