Food was of poor quality resulting in being sick very oily and tasted like it had been reheated. witnessed the sweet and sour sauce being poorer out of a flask ???

When I opened the bag, I found that the free prawn crackers were missing, and the spring rolls and Chinese chips were cold. The rest of the food was just okay. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, marked by poor customer service and unsatisfactory food quality. At this rate, they are likely to lose customers.

We ordered food at 17.48 and told it would be an hour and 15 mins, 2 hours later the food turned up stone cold, when I rang and told them I was sending it back, they told me or would be another 2 hours. Not helpful and very rude. They lied that the food had just left the shop.

We’ve used this Chinese a couple of times and today we ordered chicken wings, shredded beef and both was that tough we left it all it will never be ordering from here again !

I was told it would take an hour to get my order, but I’m still waiting after 1 hour and 40 minutes. I live just a mile away, which is only a 4-minute drive. When I called ten minutes ago, I was told that the driver had already left, but it seems that wasn't true. I just hope the food is good once it finally arrives.
