Contribute FeedbackIn the vibrant landscape of Loughborough's dining scene, one fast-food establishment struggles to maintain consistency in service and food quality. Customers frequently report cold meals, missing items, and frustrating experiences, particularly during peak hours when drive-thru queues extend well beyond the parking lot. While some appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the convenient upstairs seating, the overall disorganization and shortcomings in order accuracy leave many dissatisfied. It may be time for the management to modernize operations or consider enhancing the drive-thru experience to better cater to the community's needs, as patrons look for improved reliability in their dining choices.
This is a great spot to grab some delicious food while you're in town and looking for a place to eat. It's especially nice when the upstairs area is open, as there are more seats, ordering machines, and bathrooms available. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly.
I ordered simple items - a chicken nugget happy meal, a chicken wrap, and a cheeseburger with no modifications. After a 2-minute drive home, I found that the food was cold and discovered that there was no cheeseburger included. This has occurred multiple times and the food consistently arrives cold. The restaurant's operations seem disorganized.
Ordering through the app did not save any time at this drive-thru restaurant. I visited on a Friday at 6pm during peak hours, and the queue extended onto the dual carriageway as usual. It took 25 minutes to pick up my order through the app. Perhaps McDonald's should consider designating one lane specifically for app orders to speed up the process. By the time I got home, the food was nearly cold, and the situation was not helped by drivers queuing and blocking the exit lane. I may consider trying the drive-thru on the other side of Loughborough, along Warwick Way, instead. This drive-thru seems outdated and should be closed down in favor of a more modern one in this area of Loughborough. It is not adequate for its intended purpose.
We know this restaurant is bad, but 25 minute drive through to be then told the kids happy meals are not available pushes them to a new low
Literally sick to death of this place wrong order more often than not, don’t bother ordering a large fries as you get a regular in a large carton nowhere else do you pay for something and never get it, get asked if you want a dip with some selects for example and you get home and it’s 50/50 if it’s there. This is a rant after arriving home apologies for the lack of grammar/punctuation
