Green Deli - Charnwood

This place is an excellent choice. They offer pasta dishes, baked potatoes, baguettes, sandwiches, and toasties. Lisa and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A hidden gem.

Upon initial observation, one may not have high expectations for this restaurant. It is situated off the main road in front of a church, in a busy village. However, appearances can be deceiving. Despite the odd location, the staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. It is no surprise to see a queue forming outside frequently. I highly recommend giving this place a try, and I will definitely be going back.

I was in need of a quick meal and this restaurant hit the spot. The food was delicious and expertly prepared. The owners were friendly and the establishment had a great British atmosphere. The prices were fair and reasonable.

This little gem of a deli has lots of choice so you can never be disappointed, i had the usual bacon and tomatoe baguette yesterday, and it was lovely, the bread is very nice and the bacon packs lots of flavour. i remember eating here...at xmas and i had the xmas special bacon, sausage and turkey with stuffing and cranberry on baguette it was the best baguette i have ever tasted! thanks green deli and keep the good grub coming...
