Glad we had made a reservation as restaurant was packed n a Saturday night! Place was hopping! Our server was a young man who was running in all directions but still managed to get everything out to us on time! Delicious food. Ceviche was to die for as well as my Bullwhip cocktail! We were using a gift voucher we bought through The Wintergreen Nature Foundation’s Fundraising dinner last June....and it was worth every penny! Thank you for donating and thank you for a great night!
The service was terrific. Brian was great. Based on other reviews, we were a bit disappointed in a couple of the dishes. We started with the Brussels, and we were pleasantly surprised by the healthy portion. I ordered the rabbit sausage etouffee, my wife had the pork tenderloin. Mine was quite tasty and satisfying. The pork, on the other hand, was salty and a little tough. We had the apple pecan tamale for dessert. We each had a bite and sent it back. It was dense and lacking in flavor. We had high hopes. Maybe it was just an off night.
