However, improved management under a new general manager has made a positive impact, enhancing service quality and employee morale. While some guests appreciate the convenience of the app for ordering and report satisfactory resolutions to order mistakes, others advise checking bags before leaving to avoid disappointment. Ultimately, loyal patrons continue to return for the signature wings.

I gave 5 stars because Wingstop is one of my favorite places. However, the service tonight was poor. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. I waited for 45 minutes, and I'm the only customer here. One of the employees was even playing on their phone.
Delicious food! The Cajun wings and Parmesan fries were fantastic, and I noticed they also had high chairs available!
This restaurant often has mixed experiences. I ordered online and waited for about an hour without receiving my order. The girl at the register, who has dreadlocks, seems to need to leave the job ASAP! She adds to the wait time. If she worked as part of the team to assist customers instead of trying to look cute, it would be much better. The cooks are unable to work efficiently because orders must be bagged first, and they just sit on the counter where customers can see them. The cashier's professionalism leaves much to be desired. I'm not criticizing the food, as it’s quite good, but this cashier definitely needs to find another job. If we don’t address the issue, we only create more problems. It's frustrating, but that's all I have to say!
I eat wingstop a lot, various locations. This location was my least favorite until recently. I met a girl named Brittany, who is apparently the new General manager. When I say my food was better than any other store and her customer service was IMPECCABLE! I have never felt so valued as a customer with take out and watching how she treated her employees was absolutely great to see! In the middle of a pandemic everyone is hurting, but it is people like her that keep people wanting to work! I will never go to another wing stop as long as she is in office! Good people and leadership do still exist! Go there, you won’t regret it.
