that was our first time to try taphaus 49. eating was very good for a casual restaurant/bar atmosphere. had the blueburger, an angus beef brisket, who was a surprisingly good burger. we also tried the crispy brussel sprouts as a side that was also good. will definitely go back. View all feedback.

There were a few items on the menu that weren't available, which was disappointing. The food was decent overall. Their mac and cheese comes with hoisin sauce and pork belly; the pork belly was tasty, and the mac and cheese was good too. However, the hoisin sauce on top was not to my liking. Came in with our daughter and my parents to celebrate my husband’s birthday before heading to Top Golf. Karen immediately seated us and took our drink orders, asking if I wanted my daughter’s lemonade cut with some water. Also brought out her food before everything else so she could take her time to eat. I ordered a flatbread that sounded good in theory but didn’t not translate to the dish; Karen completely understood and switched out for a different one quickly. Cannot recommend enough!
So 9 friends and family decided to go here on July 5th...took 25 minutes to get our meal! I ordered a caprese salad and was delivered a caprese chicken sandwich. I said no I ordered the caprese salad, 10 minutes later it arrived. Tomato on a slice of mozzarella and a dribble I mean dribble of balsamic vinegar and no basil. The waitress came up and said “Sorry about that mix up on your order, I do that for a free meal for myself” Did she just say that YES she did! Im sure it was a joke but really when you mess up an order and make someone wait an additional 10 minutes for it, really isn’t right! However, she announced that she took off the caprese chicken sandwich and only charged us for the caprese salad...BLESS HER HEART. And by the way there were only maybe 20 people eating in the restaurant. Ok not going back to this place.
Food excellent, overall dining experience good. Will come back.
Cant believe how good the food is here. Service was great as well.
