Dope spot inside Optimist hall. Who doesn’t like a grilled cheese?! I purchased the mushroom Gruyère. It was perfect! The crisp of the bread, plentiful mushroom seasoned herbs, and most importantly, the cheese and cheese pull, perfect. You can’t ask more! Will definitely be back to try the Mac cheese grilled cheese! Their menu is straightforward and to the point, yet they offer an impressive variety of grilled cheese sandwiches that go beyond the basics. You even have the option to order one without garlic cloves if you prefer. Speaking of garlic, their fireballs are fantastic—I could eat those garlic cloves on their own! If you are looking for a unique Grilled Sandwich this is the place, They never disappoint! I always get the side of tomato soup the Mac Chez. They are both rich velvety but such good flavors! I try a different sandwich every time!
