I don’t remember the girl name that work there but she was awesome. Her customer service was amazing the food was fresh and cooked the right way and it was made with love. mcdon worstd’s in charlotte, I ordered 3 burgers and 2 were wrong. they took 30 minutes to give me 3 pommes. the kitchen looks really dirty. the manager had a bad attitude and ignored the customers and the guy at the front couldn't use his two hands because he was with one to keep his pants, he scratched his head and didn't wash his hands. this restaurant deserves no star. So I just came from there, the hispanic dame in the window helped someone. there were no receipt papers, and now it is sensible. I was charged 7.13 for a fish sandwich. I cried two and no one answered. I understand it might be busy, but getting it together.
Any fast food spot in this area is the same.Order something dont get what you pay for.
We asked for a cheeseburger and fries amongst other things. When we looked at the receipt they charges us $13.89 for several burgers etc. Then we didn't get the burgers at all. The fries tasted like the grease was old and was not edible.
Food was not hot enough and service was poor. And play area was not that clean
Waited a long time for major disappointment, cold hard fries, hard big max bun..which means although we waited for fresh food we were given old food. Just close if business is not what you want. Advertising the cactus plant meal, but did not know how to ring it up. Wasted time, horrible food. The cashier was polite that is why I give 2 stars instead of 1.
