What Amy Vee doesn't like about Littlespoon Eatery:
Pulled up at 1:45 and they close at 3 pm. Door locked, and we can see some people inside though the windows. Finally a server walks to the door and says “we’re closed.” Ummm what? The listed hours are til 3. She says “yeah we have too many people waiting.” Literally open tables and no one waiting. Lavender latte is delish. Cinnamon French toast is wonderful with a Cinnamon crunch on surface.

I have always looked the other way at the slightly dirty floor and their inexplicable way of always being out of at least one entree on the limited menu and the up and down service. I will say their BEC is pretty good. Anywho there are a ton of brunch places in Charlotte and now we’re off to try them. It’s funny how you get stuck in routine and put up with this kind of stuff.

The atmosphere is pretty dope. Quaint but welcoming. The service was swift and efficient. I got the K-Town Tot Bowl which I would prefer rice over the tater tots but that house queso for the dish is delicious (and I’m not much of a queso guy). And I had this drink called Aperol Spritz (a sparkling wine) which was aight. Would suggest it if you like sparkling wine that isn’t too sweet.
We looked this place up on Google and it closes at 3 pm. We arrived there at 2:10 after driving 30 minutes to get there and the Host told us that they couldn't serve us because they were too busy. They literally had 6 people seated and 3 people at the bar. The owner of this people should reevaluate his choice of staff.
