It's not quite a fast-food joint, but it's not really a diner either. They have big burgers and delicious fries, along with amazing milkshakes. I also love the complimentary snacks. I would definitely recommend it, although the manager can be a bit uptight. View all feedback.

$16 for this? To say it's not what it used to be is an understatement. I got one burger and fries. I went here specifically because they give you more fries than a normal human could eat, and I was hungry. Sure, it's expensive, but I was ready to eat. This is a joke. We went to Burger 21 the other day and 3 of us couldn't finish the fries, and they are cheaper! These fries alone were over $4. I haven't been to a five guys in a while, and I've definitely learned my lesson. Hopefully this saves someone some money.
Destiny took really good care of me today and her customer service was a game changer! Food was great as always but Destiny went out of her way to make things wonderful!
We have visited this restaurant multiple times. The service is decent, but our food was left waiting for about 15 minutes before being cooked. They tend to be quite busy, so be prepared for a wait. The portions are generous and the food is well-prepared.
The menu is quite limited, focusing on burgers, fresh-cut fries, grilled cheese, and hot dogs. But that’s what makes it special—you're not coming here for a healthy kale and spinach salad; you're here to enjoy delicious food with generous servings of malt vinegar. The restaurant offers plenty of seating inside, along with some tables and chairs outside, which is nice. They also have an amazing Coca-Cola drink fountain that serves everything except the burgers themselves. Parking is abundant right in front and in the nearby lots. While it may not be obvious from the main roads, you'll find it tucked away in the southeast corner of Blakeney Plaza. It's always delicious, always a positive experience, and I'm always in the mood for Five Guys!
The food is fantastic, but inflation has certainly affected the prices of these burgers. They're now $12 each.
To be honest, I ended up visiting this restaurant for lunch because the nearby Shake Shack was closed. I ordered two double burgers and a regular fries, which came to $30—maybe a bit on the pricey side. The staff was friendly and the food was served quickly. However, in the competitive mid-range burger scene, I would rate Five Guys slightly lower compared to others.
