A reasonable person w... read more They did not honor their contract with OpenTable, or with me. I had no reservation after driving 2 hours in a rainstorm and heavy traffic. A reasonable person would understand that this was the Clemson HQ before the ACC Championship game, and I do. But there was no offer of a free drink, apology, or any type of mea culpa. The VM that I received even explained how the new owners weren 't responsible ... a wonderful opportunity for customer service squandered, with an outright lie.

The restaurant called me at 7:30 pm on Nov 30 (the night before) to tell me the new owners were cancelling all reservations for the next day. Complete jerks with no regard for their customers.

We had made our reservation in Open Table but when we got there they said they didn’t know about it. They were able to accommodate us but was an issue.
